For now I just did 10km.. And my sayang also just 10km coz she wanted to run with me. My sayang is an experienced runner.
At first we ran together... But since she was a good runner she HAD to leave me behind...
When we finished, I think I was a good 1km behind of her if not more.
It was a totally great experience for me..
SO HEALTHY!!!! Hehehe will deffinately sure again soon ;)
