Timothy green was a shy kid. He is socially awkward. He never had friends, and he also never had family. What goes in the mind of this kid is not as same as any other. You can say he is a freak, you can say that he is psychotic. But in his mind it is just something normal. He is the epitome of crazy.

His mind convinced his body that whatever that he did or do is run of the mill.

The way he walk, the way he talk, the way he munch is actually unconventional.
